TERMS & CONDITIONS: (ACE HOTEL SUITES)

Booking
• Booking must be done through our website www.acehotelsuites.com • Rates published are in local currency (Philippine Peso).

Payment
• All bookings on our website require full payment before check-in to guarantee a booking through via Online Payment Link to be emailed by the hotel • The Hotel has the right to cancel any booking if payment is not settled.

Check-in
• Government-issued ID with photo or passport and the emailed booking confirmation must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in. • Standard check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 NN. Charges apply for early check-in and late check-out and subject to availability. • Guest who does not arrive on the check-in date will be considered as NO SHOW and will be charged the total booking amount. • Security Deposit: Cash Security Deposit of P2,000.00 per room will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a room inspection/clearance.

Extension
• Booking extensions are subject to availability and room rate will be based on current published rate.

Booking Modification
• Once checked-in any alterations to the booking are subject to approval and charges may apply. Reach out our Front Office staff with your concern.

Cancellation Policy
• All bookings made through our website are non-refundable.

Child Policy
Child/ children’s breakfast and water spa tickets will be settled on personal account and upon check In. Maximum of 2 children below 12 years are FREE on the room accommodation only but not included on the complimentary buffet breakfast and ACE Water Spa ticket.

Ace Water Spa Policy
• Depending on your chosen room package, access to Ace Water Spa may be included. Otherwise, Adult Rate of P600.00 and Child Rate of P300.00 should be paid at Spa Reception area. • Please present you water spa ticket at the spa reception. • One (1) time access only with maximum of four (4) hours use. • No food and beverage allowed. It is prohibited to bring your phones, cameras, and/or any video recording device inside Ace Water Spa. This is to protect the privacy and maintain a relaxing ambiance for all spa guests. • Fitted swimwear made of spandex/lycra material is required to enter and use the water spa facilities. • Hotel guests will be given spa towel at the reception area. Please do not bring your room towels.

Parking Policy
• Hotel has limited parking spaces on a first come first serve basis. • Free One (1) car pass per room. Succeeding cars will be charged per applicable parking fees. • Parking slots may not be reserved. • No valet service is available. • Do not leave any valuables inside your vehicles. • The Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicles parked on the premises.

Hotel Policy
• No Smoking inside the Hotel Premises • No Gambling and other illegal activities • No Pungent food and substances are prohibited inside the rooms • No Possession or use of any illegal drugs
